I had the opposite experience with this visitor and Darren.Darren came out to my house and was astonishing to work with, he was overnice and very knowledgeable nearly his product. Nosotros signed with him after comparing many other companies windows and estimates. While we signed he explained there was a 3 day cancellation policy that immune me to change my heed. 6 days subsequently Covid hit our lives and I was let go from my chore, I called Darren and even after my cancellation time was past he allow me out of my contract and was so professional and understanding most the situation that in one case I got some other job a month later I called him and told him I was gear up once more for my guild. I have my new windows in now and was very happy with my install and the production I was given. This company was bully to work with and Darren was an amazing salesman.To be honest I question your complaint because if you but thought the paper you signed was but an judge then how practise you explain the downwardly payment you take to pay one time you sign with them? Whether it's was a cash deal or you financed your job, y'all have to give them the go alee with your down payment or information to finance. I accept been looking for some time now for a window replacement visitor. Our windows are original to the house and it's just that time. Jeremy came out to accept a wait and provide us with the quote. He was amazing! He was not pushy at all, didn't give me a big sales pitch, or whatever other BS to get our business organization. He was honest and sincere almost what nosotros does. He told u.s. upwardly forepart that due to the pandemic, it would accept a little longer than normal. I really appreciated that he was realistic with us and didn't sugar coat annihilation. He explained the differences between the types of windows and what everything meant. He went over their pricing specials only afterwards nosotros said we wanted to go ahead because he didn't desire us to feel that he was trying to push us or hook united states of america in with it. Awesome! Nosotros are very impressed with just the quoting procedure we had with Jeremy. I don't call back I accept always had i that was that easy and comfortable lol.
